Check the data cable and power cable terminals


Test the led by led testing software
Check the solider (weather it get solider perfectly)
Check the terminals of LED
Check the resistor for the Transistors
Check the transistor get sorted (if any , clear it) , if again the same problem occurs check
the terminals of the transistor.
7. If the half line in on condition /half in off condition (check the track continuity)
8. If the led line is get continuously on / off check whether the transistors are placed in
correct value.
9. If the bug is not cleared, finally check the output from ht1632 driver.
