screentotheleftofthevolume.
Thisisjusttostayintime,nowlookatthebottomleftonthescreennexttothe
pausebuttonlookslikeacircle,clickthatandwaitforthefourclicksthenstart
playing.

MakesureinthetrackcolumnithastheRinredthisenablesyoutooplay

Whenyouwanttostoptherecordingyoucanpressthespacebaronthekeyboard
andtoplaytherecordingdragthelineatthefrontoftherecordingyoudoneand
pressplay
Toplaypressthespacebar
Mediawillgiveyoualistofallthepresetsyouareabletooaccessincluding
drumsandmanyothersounds

Usingaudiorecording

Torecordusingyourowninstrumentpresstrackitisnearthetopoftheprogramnextto
edit,region,midietc
Pressnewinnumber,.typeintheamountoftracksyouwantandinthetypemakesureit
isonaudioandmakesuretheformatismonoandchecktheinputandwhenpluggingin
ajackleadatthebackofyourmididevicelookforthejackcable/xlrinputandplugin.
PresstheRonthechannelstripandItwillaskyoutosaveit,saveitinafolderandname
it,rememberthefileobviouslytoretrieveyourwork.
Andagaintostartrecordingsetthemetronometostayintimeandpressrecordandwait
forthefourclicksandstartplaying.
Ifyoudontwanttousethemetronomeifyougointoloopsonthetoprightofthescreen
andclickalldrumsintheboxyoucanchooseanyoftheavailableoptionssuchaskits,
beatsandcymbalse.t.c

Forrecordingyouwillfindallthenecessarytoolsinthetransportbar.

Howtorecordusinga
microphone

Settingupforacousticrecordings,youwouldhavetopluginthexlrplugin
thebackofthemidideviceandmakesureitison48vtheswitchbuttonwill
enableyoutodothisthensetupthemicrophoneinthepositionyouwantit
thenplayifitisnotworkinggointosystempreferencesandfindthemidi
driveandmakesuretheitisonmic1and2thencloseit,anditwillworkand
ifyouareusingadirectinputdothesamestepsbutmakesuretheinputison
instrumentssoitwillenableyoutoplayfromadirectinput.

Byholdingthemouseoverthenumberand
clickingandmovingthemouseupordownwill
changethetempo

Addingeffects

Addingeffectstorecordings,makesureyouareonthecorrecttracklineyou
wanttoaddaneffecttoointheblankboxunderinsertsclickitandyoucan
chooseanydesiredeffectyouwantsuchaspedalboards,distortions,delay,
reverbandmuchmore

Automation
MakearecordingapressthekeyAonthekeyboardandclickatthe
pointyouwanttheoutputtogohigherclickabovethefirstpointat0.0

dbandtoalterthedbforexampleyouwould grabthe5.4andraiseit
higherorlowersuitingtopreferenceandmakeitlongerorshorter
