The above rates are valid for this group and as per the dates mentioned
above. There could be change of rate if the number of rooms or number of
days/dates change or reduce.
Note:-The above rates are net, non-commissionable and subject to
government tax applicable.
-Our check-in time 0200 PM & check-out time is 1200 noon.

Anything extra will be charge on actual.
Payment Terms-Direct:
We will not be able to extend bill to company will request you to
kindly settle the bills directly.
Apart from the hall charges any extra services if availed has to be
settled immediately.
50% of the total estimated billing is required as a non-refundable
advance at the time of reservation and the balance amount seven
days prior to the function.
Amendment/Cancellation Policy:

In case of a cancellation/postponement 30 days prior to the


commencement of the function, the hotel reserves the right to
charge 50% of the total estimated billing as retention on the
guaranteed number.
In case of a cancellation/postponement less than 15 days prior to
commencement of the function, the hotel reserves the right to
charge 100% of the expected bill as retention on the guaranteed
number.
The above rates, which are net & non-commissionable, will be valid
for the above dates only.
