The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has an organizational structure headed by a Governor. It consists of 4 main departments: the Monetary Policy Department headed by the DG(W), the Financial Sector Regulation and Supervision Department headed by the DG(SM), the Capacity Building and Support Department headed by the DG(S), and the Risk Management and Compliance Department. Each department is further divided into divisions headed by Assistant Governors. The Governor also chairs several committees including the Monetary Policy Committee, Foreign Reserve Management Committee, and Financial Stability Committee.
