Introduction
Provide the institution brief background. Of importance is the institutions vision
and the objectives. Make sure to show a clear link to the position being
advertises.
Job position - # of posts, duty station (Provide the title of the position being
advertised and duty station. Also, include the length of the initial contract and
contract renewability). This is also a chance to mention if this post(s) is being readvertised and whether it is necessary for those who applied before to re-apply.

Job Summary
Provide a brief overview of the job (i.e. reporting lines, actual work to be done,
and key collaborators, purpose, etc.

referees. Also, indicate the closing date of receiving applications. In case of
large institution which receives many applications at a time, a specific vacancy
may be given a number, code or any unique identifier for ease of processing.
