Joeseppi: Premium Website Mockup Template VOL.2

This document provides instructions for using a PSD website mockup template file that contains multiple tiers and smart layers. It explains that the file contains 5 different perspective views within one PSD. It also outlines the 4 tiers: Tier 1 contains the background and perspectives; Tier 2 contains the website levels and shadows; Tier 3 contains the panels within each level; and Tier 4 contains the actual panel images that can be edited. It notes that editing a lower tier requires saving that tier and all tiers above it to reflect the changes in the main file.

PREMIUM WEBSITE MOCKUP TEMPLATE

VOL.2
HELP FILE

If this helps you... Please rate!

First of all I would like to say thanks for the purchase!

This is just a brief help file into the structure of the PSD template and the smart files contained
within. For those of you who purchased vol.1 of my website mockup template series you will
notice the difference in that all perspectives are contained within ONE PSD file.
First off i would like to explain the smart structure:
Tier 1: This is what you see when you open the file, this file contains the
background images, final adjustments, and the 5 different perspective
views. each perspective is a smart layer containing the original flat
layout, the smart layer is then transformed in this tier to the required
perspective.

Tier 2: This tier is the original flat layout, which includes, the three levels
of website showcase and the corresponding shadows for each level. From
here you have change the position of each level. To edit the contents
of each level, you must open the correct smart layer which are easily
recognised by layer name and colour.

Tier 3: This tier is the panels contained within each level of the showcase,
here you can add more panels to the level, remove panels from the level
or edit the contents of each panel within the level, to do so you simply
find the easily recognisable smart layer with this tier.

Tier 4: This is the final tier where the actual panel images are edited,
these are the websites/images that will be displayed within the showcase.

This is what you will see when you open the file.
> Choose a persepctive to edit

Once you have selected a perspective to edit,

and opened the contained smart layer, you will
see this... this is the layout of the panels, each
layer of panels is contained as a smart layer.
> Choose a layer to edit

When you have selected a layer to edit, you

will see this... this is the arrangment of windows
within a layer, here you can choose to select a
window to edit the contents of..
> Choose a window to edit

This is the final tier, the actual contents of a

window, print screen your websites and paste
them within these tier 4 smart layers.

!NOTE: Make sure once you have edited a tier of the file, you must consequently save all tiers above to
make sure the outcome is affected by your change.
For example: If i edit the tier-4 window, I save the tier-4 window, i then save the tier-3 arrangement, i
then save the tier-2 layout, this will ensure that the main file (tier-1) shows all changes to sub-files.
