Your Military Service Can Save You
Money When Buying or Selling a Home!
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
If you are an active or retired member of the
military you are eligible to participate in the
MILITARY Advantage program. Civilian military
employees can also participate using the HOME
Base exception. Immediate family members are
also eligible (parents, siblings, children). This
program can be used multiple times with no time
limit.
As a Buyer or Seller of real estate your
membership can be rewarded with rebates when
buying or selling a home.

You can receive a Credit at closing, based on sale
price just by participating in our Military Advantage
