With reference to your application for the post of JUNIOR EXECUTIVE (TECHNICAL) in AAI. You are required to
appear for a written test on 04.11.2012 (SUNDAY) at 02.00 PM at the venue given below.

The test will be of 2 hrs. duration comprising objective type questions on the subjects relating to educational
qualification prescribed for the post, General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English etc.
Before appearing in the Test you should ensure that you fulfill all the requirements of the post as advertised
and admission to the examination is purely provisional.
If at any stage it is found that you do not fulfill any of the requirements as specified, your candidature for the post
shall be treated as cancelled without any notice to you. No TA will be paid for appearing in the written test.
Candidates should invariably bring along a photo identity such as PAN Card/ Driving License/Voter Card etc for
appearing in the written test.
You should take your seat in the examination hall half an hour earlier than the scheduled time. Your Roll No. for
examination is given at the top alongwith your name. You should write clearly your Roll No. at appropriate place
provided in the answer sheet & follow other instructions as mentioned in the Test Booklet.
You should bring your own HB pencil, pen, ball pen, eraser and sharpener etc. for the test. Use of Mobile phones,
Calculators or any other communication/Electronic devices etc. shall not be allowed inside the examination hall.
Please bring the proforma appended below duly filled in & photograph affixed and hand over the same to the
invigilator at the examination hall, failing which you shall not be allowed to appear in the test.
