    SUBJECT 4: WebCARE Data Receiving/Updating Status


    It enabled it to check the status of data acceptance, and updating of a database by the
    screen of Equipment status on WebCARE.
    Choose Receiving Status and chick Choose button.

    Check the status.


    Action must be taken
    according to the
    following table.

    Check the receiving log.

    TABLE:

    Taking data is normal. Please


    continue updating continuously.

    Data is not accepted to update


    WebCARE. There is a change in
    information on data.
    Case1: Component S/N etc. has
    been changed.
    Case2: There are great gaps in the
    progress of SMR and the calendar
    (Date/Time).

    If exchange the component,


    inform S/N updated to
    VHMS/WebCARE Support Center
    by registration form.

    Data is not accepted. A part of


    data may be broken.
    Case1: It is preserved with Snap
    Shot data has not been concluded.
    Case2: File format is wrong.

    Please contact to us, and send us


    the original download data by Email.

    Download data after Initial setting


    is not received by E-mail.

    The data after initial setting is


    sent to Support Center by E-mail
    immediately. (Please do not send it
    by FTP or Orbcomm until initial
    work has been done.)

    against changing it.
