There will be a midterm and a final exam.
There will be two individual projects.
There will be 6 homework assignments and some lab problems.

Introduction to computer graphics: elements of pictures, graphics display devices, scan conversion.
Basic hardware and graphics primitives. Introduction to OpenGL.
Drawing tools for graphics: world windows and viewports, clipping, drawing curves.
2-D Topics: Geometric Transformations and some math. Modeling shapes with polygonal meshes.
3-D Viewing. Building a camera. Perspective projections. Rendering.
Ray tracing. Reflections and transparency.
Curve and surface design.

Midterm
