Found in a field stabbed to death Timothy Masters' mother was recently deceased When Masters' saw Hettrick's body, he thought it was a mannequin, put there by someone pulling a horrible prank on him because of his mother's death Timothy Masters was 15 at the time of the murder
1998- Timothy Masters charged with murder
Police spent 11 years building a case, ignoring another possible suspect- an ex boyfriend of Hettrick's who had a history of voyeurism, but DNA proved the ex-boyfriend was innocent as well.
