    MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 01-2013


    APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE HEREIN ATTACHED
    ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) FOR CY 2013 OF THE
    GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL ACCOUNTS OF GUINOBATAN,
    ALBAY.

    WHEREAS,
    the approval and adoption of the Annual Investment
    Plan (AIP) is a condition precedent in order to have a basis
    in the preparation of the Annual Budget of the
    municipality;
    WHEREAS,
    taking into consideration the resources of the
    municipality, the local government was able to come up
    with this AIP, providing for, among others, the
    embodiment of the maximum utilization of resources in
    this years priority programs and projects as earlier
    envisioned in its Local Development Plan;
    WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of
    Guinobatan, Albay in session assembled, to approve and
    adopt as it hereby approves and adopts the herein
    attached Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2013 of
    the General Fund and Special Accounts of Guinobatan,
    Albay.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the AIP for CY 2013 is made an integral


    part of this resolution.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be furnished the Local


    Finance Committee (LFC) and the Sangguniang
    Panlalawigan for their information and appropriate action.
    APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY on motion of Councilor Robert M.
    Baaga and duly seconded by the members present this
    23rd day of January, 2013 during their 1st Special Session.
