Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I am (name
of student) a student of your College bearing (id / Roll No.). In order to
obtain my higher education I have to visit India to face the Poland
Embassy. For which I will not be able to attend my classes from (start
date end date).
I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me
leave of absence for those days only.
