2. Electronic Health Records maintained by same service providers like
insurance, Hospitals
a. Can lead to manipulation of records and low beneficiary to employee.
b. Less Procedures and High utilization by Insurance provider
3. Employee can personally login and
a. view his/her health record
b. view family members health record
c. Remaining claim
d. Eligible procedures and places
4. Driver like autorun and auto install lite app plug and play and filling
columns formats
a. accesses with card
b. new health care provider over phone access
c. offline entry and updated online within 24hrs or stipulated time
5. Each login the card refresh and store the summary ready to print PDF
format for better utilization in remotely located health care centres.
6. Advantages:
a. After activation this record can be retrieved by card/chip/online/etc.
b. Details of all family members of the employee (including members not
eligible for claim) can be used with multiple insurance agencies.
c. Scan, X-Ray images, CT images, Procedure images, Reports can be
discussed with various Physicians with existing data source.
d. Universal ID card + Electronic Health record (tag) can be provided up
to 10 members. All family members health record in one card.
