SAP Workflows User Guide

Introduction

This document explains how to maintain user or email for routing email to SAP inbox or any external
email address respectively and triggering points for workflow in SAP ECC.

Maintain User or Email for Workflows

Maintain Tcode ZEWF.

Creating New Entry at ZEWF.


While creating new entries three fields need to be entered.

User: User name in SAP ECC.


Triggering Point: Select point on which email to be generated. For e.g. MIGO then email will be
generated on material document posting.

Email Address: User name in SAP ECC or email address need to maintain in this field for
generation of email at SAP Inbox or External email address respectively.

Entering Fields

For SAP Inbox (Internal Email)


For SAP Inbox (internal email) maintain username in email address field.

For External Email

For external mail maintain email address in email address field.

Save Entry

Triggering Points for Workflows in SAP ECC

As per required Workflows are assigned to following points;

a) Order Creation (COR1) -> On Save


b) Order Release (COR2) -> On Save
c) Order Status TECO (COR2) -> On Save
d) MIGO -> On Save or Post
a) Order Creation (COR1)

As per User name is maintained at ZEWF table so express message will be popup at receiver end. To
see details regarding mail click Inbox or use tcode SBWP (Business Workplace).

SBWP (Business Workplace)

To see mail details click on it.

b) Order Release (COR2)

c) Order Status TECO (COR2)

Express message generated on order saving.

To see details regarding mail click Inbox or use tcode SBWP (Business Workplace).

c) Order TECO (COR2)

Express message generated on order saving.

To see details regarding mail click Inbox or use tcode SBWP (Business Workplace).

d) MIGO

Express message generated on save or post.

To see details regarding mail click Inbox or use tcode SBWP (Business Workplace).

Can access SAP Business Workplace by tcode SBWP or from SAP Easy Access Screen.
