0,50 kg bakalara
5 dag luka
5 dag esna
zelenog petrusina
1 kg krtole
1.5 dcl maslinova ulja
soli
mljevenog papra
2 lovorova lista

Bakalar se dobro natue i preko nodi namoi u dosta hladne vode. Drugi dan se izvadi iz vode pa
se u drugoj vodi skuva s lovorovim listom na mekano, izvadi iz vode, ohladi, meso se odvoji od
kostiju i koice te izmrvi na manje komade. Opranu krtolu se skuva u kori, ocijedi se, ohladi i
izree na listide. Luk se sitno isjecka i na vrelom ulju prepri na svijetloutu boju, doda se sitno
kidani esan i petrusin pa se i to malo popri. Na to se stavi bakalar, posoli, pospe paprom,
dolije se malo bakalarove juhe i kuva 10 do 15 minuta. Sada se na bakalar stavi krtola, poklopi,
kuva jo 10 minuta a potom se ede trese tedom (ne mijeati). Prijatno
