The document describes the results of testing a pressure transducer under different conditions. It provides the input in barg and the corresponding output in mA for ambient temperatures of 20°C and 25°C and supply voltages of 10V and 12V. It then asks to determine the parameters K, KM, KI, and a associated with the transducer's model equation and predict the output for an input of 5 barg at 12V and 25°C. The parameters are calculated to be: K=1.6, KM=0.4, KI=0, a=4. The predicted output is 18.0 mA.

Output (mA)

1 - Determine the values of KM, KI, a and K associated with the generalized model equation
O = (K + KMIM)I + a + KI II
2- Predict an output value when the input is 5 barg, VS = 12 V and ambient temperature is 25 C.
Ans 2.7
1- we the equations
O = K`I + a`
K` = K + KmIm
And when we used we will have
K10v = K+ 10Km = (20-4)/10 = 1.6
K12v = K+ 12Km = (28-4)/10 = 2.4
o K= 1.6
o Km=0.4
To find the value of a and KI we use the equations below and solve it
4 = KI10 + a
4 = KI12 + a
Then
o a= 4
o KI = 0

2a= 4
KI = 0
K= 1.6
Km=0.4
So the output value when the input is 5 barg, VS = 12 V and ambient temperature is 25 C is
equal
18.0 mA
