There are approximately 147,420 graphic designers active in Indonesia. However, 22% of graphic designers do not have a graphic design education degree. Each year around 892 people graduate with a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, but nearly half of these graduates do not have careers in graphic design. The most productive hours for graphic designers are between 8am-12pm and 12pm-4pm on weekdays. Most of a graphic designer's time is spent dealing with people, looking for ideas, working on ideas, selling ideas, and doing invoices and other tasks. However, clients often have an inaccurate view of the graphic design process.
