Objective: At the End of The Class Students Will be Able to know and use prepositions with simple

examples.
Time: ________ minutes.
Warm up activities: people to people, this activity is similar to shark are coming. When the
tutor or Practioner asks people to people, students must answer how many? And then the
tutor or Practioner will give a specific number, such as: 3, 4, 5, etc.
This check means that I have to do these activities with students.
Language notes:
Show Prepositions at, on, in, so on. After that, students have to repeat prepositions the whole
group, only girls, only boys, and finally a specific person. Choose a person using an activity with
number wrote down on my hand.

Between.
In front of.

Below
Outside.
Behind
Near.
Three very common prepositions in English are at, on and in. In general, we use at with small,
specific times and places, and we use in with larger, more general times and places.

Activity Number two:
Pay attention direction in order to put things in the side correct.
Where is the blue, red or black marker?
The approximate order I would present prepositions of position in is:

in/on/under
next to
in front of/behind
on the right/on the left
near (to)/close to/far from
opposite
Have students color pictures with several objects in different locations and scenes.

Name items in the classroom and have students tell you their locations.

Engage students by playing a following-directions game where they go around the


room to find certain items.
Write a dialogue using vocabulary given in the class at the beginning.

Homework:
Write a 7 sentences using different prepositions given in class. Examples given:
My parents watch television in the living room.
The notebook is on the table.
