Wash lettuce and tomato
Slice the tomato
Crack the egg and separate the yolk and white, and put the yolk in

a measuring jug and whisk


Place all burger ingredients in a bowl (meat, breadcrumbs, egg

Shape mixture into a patty
Melt the butter in a pan and cook the patty for about 4 minutes on

each side
Assemble burger and salad
