Q1. You are familiar with the IEEE/ACM code of ethics discussed in lecture 7. Some
weaknesses are discussed in class. Select one area (like People) from this code of
ethics; give three real life scenarios, why this code of ethics does not fulfill the
criteria of a standard code that should be acceptable across the regions.

Instructions:
i.
The assignment should be submitted in hard form using assignment papers
only.
ii.
This assignment is to be done in group of 2 students only. NO
collaboration amongst class fellows is allowed.
iii.
Late-Submission
Late submission of assignments is allowed up to a maximum of 3 days. Late
submission will be penalized according to the following rules:
1-day late:
10% of marks obtained
2-days late:
30% of marks obtained
3-days late:
70% of marks obtained
iv.
Dead-line of the assignment is 12-10-2013
v.
Cover template is available on second page. Strictly follow the format.
