During AAC Masonry Check

AAC block work using approved polymer Mortar. (Fixoblock or


eqvt.)

Water should add for mixing the Mortar by adding 30% water or
as per manufacturer specification.

Dry mixing in tray to be ensured before water addition.

Consumption of mortar within 1/2 hour after addition of water.

Provision for path / sill /holdfast.

Clearing dead mortar and AAC block to location of disposal.

achieve strong Bonding.

Inside face of the Masonry unit should be buttered with mortar


before next unit laid on it.

Top layer of the Masonry unit should be provided by cutting


required height of the AAC block.

Chiseling done on Masonry unit by using approved cutting tools


& equipments.

Vertical & horizontal Joints should be maximum 3mm or


manufacturer specification for AAC block work.

After Masonry Check

Joints gap filled with polymer mortar on both side & beam
bottom portion.

Identification & date provided for each day element.
