Answer 1: According to me Jeanette must be strict


toward her volunteers in term of reinforcement theory she
can enforce her volunteer to do the work on time, they must
be present at the time of meeting. She must compel her
volunteers as a head.
Answer 2: social learning theory can be applied to
Jeanettes efforts to teach her volunteers the impact of new
law and socially he volunteers will learn how to interest
with each other of some time is allotted then they must be
preset at the time.
