Authority Letter

This document authorizes representatives to sign bills of lading on behalf of the master of the M/T Bow De Jin during its current call at a specific port. The authorization is subject to two conditions: 1) bills of lading must confirm quantities and descriptions on mates' receipts signed by the chief officer, and 2) any remarks on the mates' receipts must be included on the bills of lading. On behalf of my Owners Messrs. I authorize you
to sign on my behalf, Bills of Lading for cargo actually loaded on
board this vessel at this port only,and during the present call only.
1) All Bills of lading signed by you are to confirm with
quantities,and descriptions shown on Mates Receipts signed
by chief officer.
2) All remarks endorsed on the Mates Receipts must be endorsed
in full on Bills of Lading. This letter is intended to
complement the charter party, and must be applied in
conjunction with the relevant provisions contained therein.
