HyperMesh Tool: standard views relative to local coordinate system

This tool is an enhancement of the basic view handling in HyperMesh.
It provides all the views related to a selected local coordinate system.

Installation:

The TCL script can be invoked by adding a button to the utility page, a keyboard shortcut or manually
from the mini toolbar:

It will add an additional Tab:

1) Select orientation system
If no system is selected, all functions are related to global system.
Otherwise function group (2) is related to the selected local system.

2) System related standard views
These views will work similar to the built in views, but based on the selected system.

3) Relative views
All these buttons perform just the standard function and are added only to complement
the provided functions.

4) Snap axis to adapt the view
The view is adjusted to exactly hit coordinate axis of either local or global system.
First the horizontal and then the vertical orientation of the screen is aligned with the
closest axis of the selected/global coordinate system
