Hall on New-Year's ~ h e n I heard
the best piping that I have ever heard
in,my life. On consulting my pro-
gramme I saw the pipers were from your
Regiment of the Seaforth Highlanders
of Canada. Their showmanship, and
their playing, and their marching could
not have been better. - They roused
the crowd to real enthusiasm.
