To split a cell in a table: select the cell to split, click the "Split Cell" button under the "Layout" tab, adjust the number of columns and rows needed, then click "OK" to complete the split.

STEPS FOR SPLIT CELL:-

Select the part of table needed to split.


Click on layout tab.
Click on split cell.
Adjust the number of columns and rows as per your need.
Click OK.
