How Change Display in Query Designer

SAP BW 3.x View
When entering the Business Explorer (BEx) Query Designer program, the default screen will look like the
figure below NOTE: This is the default view and will be reset to this once exiting the program, even if
the query is saved in S! "# $%x &iew%
!otice that the "haracteristic #estrictions and the Default $alues panels are the only ones showing, and in
order to display the rows or columns, you must click the option #ows%"olumns

)o simplify the *iew by showing both the &ilter screen along with the #ows%"olumns screen, simply
na*igate up to View, then Predefined, then select SAP BW 3.x View, which is illustrated in the image
below

display the attributes
Adjusting Sections of the Screen
)o ad-ust the sections of the display, ho*er o*er the edge of the display needing ad-usted )he mouse
cursor will change into the mo*e cursor which shows two arrows pointing away from each other (imply
hold down the mouse button and drag to the appropriate si2e needed for the display )he figure below
shows the edges that can be ad-usted

)here are two methods to switch back to the original *iew ,ne method is to na*igate back to View, then
Predefined, then select Stndrd View )he other method is by simply hitting the #$$ key )he screen
will ad-ust back to the original *iew that was showing when Query Designer loaded
