SCCM L1 & L2 Roles

The tickets are to be monitored and addressed according to priority levels while maintaining service level agreements. Tickets for Canada are currently monitored through the Foot Prints tool, which will soon migrate to the HP SM9 ticket monitoring tool. The infrastructure inventory also needs to be maintained.

Monitoring Tickets:-

The tickets are supposed to be monitored and addressed as per the priority levels
keeping the SLA intact. The tickets for Canada are being monitored through the Foot
Print tool.

Need the CANDA VDI Login to access foot prints tool . In short course of time the Foot
Prints tool is being Migrated to HP tool SM9 which is a ticket monitoring tool as well.
