Physics Data

The document summarizes data from experiments testing a hand cranked cell phone charger. It shows the voltage produced at different rates of rotation measured in rounds per minute. Across four trials, the average voltage produced was 23 volts at an average rotation rate of 134 rounds per minute. Higher rotation rates resulted in higher voltages, demonstrating a direct proportional relationship between the rotation rate and voltage produced.

Hand Cranked Cell Phone Charger
The data below shows the amount of voltage per rounds per minute (rpm). A total of
four trials were made at varying rpm.
Rounds per Minute Electricity produced (volts)
130 rpm 23V
137 rpm 24V
134 rpm 23V
126 rpm 22V
142 rpm 25V
Average Rpm Average V
134 rpm 23V

The data gathered shows an average rate of 23V at a constant rate of 134 rpm. The data
shows as the rpm increases, the voltage also increases. In other words, the rpm and the voltage
produced are directly proportional.
