Consumer behavior is defined as the acts of individuals directly involved in obtaining, using, and disposing of economic goods and services. There are two types of consumers: personal and organizational. Personal consumer behavior is influenced by social, psychological, cultural, and buyer factors such as culture, subculture, social class, reference groups, family, roles and statuses, age and life-cycle stage, occupation, income, lifestyle, personality, motivation, and perception.
