Int morning Jake and his mother sit at a table with standard breakfast items (Cereal,
Toast, ect) quick jump cuts of various house hold object posters shoes tables family
photos
Mid shot of Mother eating cereal looking past the camera at out of shot Jake (J), we
hear the sound of cereal rustling and bags moving

Cut to mid shot of Jake sitting at the table holding a spoon of cereal hangs for
about 3 seconds

CUT ext jakes house in line with doors medium wide shot of all of Jake, J walks down
path and out on to street CUT close up of J all of head in shot with glimpses of
shoulders TRACKS with him as he walks J puts his earphones in AUDIO (YC the Cynic
Rude boy Jamaican) sounds quite on the track and when he puts in the buds snaps
to overdub. Various shots of jake from different angles as he walks CUT slow motion
walk through waves of other students with the mask clearly visible as the song
reaches the end of the verse J is sideswiped by hooded individual AUDIO cuts
CUT worms eye view a circle of hooded figures surround the shot blocking out the
sun (ENTER THE CHAVS!!!) CUT to high angles shot looking down at J

J is thrown out of the circle and stumbles but still stands the chavs semi-circle around

chavs as the walk away happy with their work CUT to close up of Jake propped up
on his elbows on the grass AUDIO Lighting Crack

CUT int Js room side on mid shot of J sitting at a computer or laptop the room is
darkly lit and set up like a stereotypical teenagers room with unmade bed, the table
lit is on and we hear J typing at his computer
CUT over the shoulder shot of jake with the snout of the mask in shot but out of focus
with the screen in focus

hear the typing and the words appear First day of college was (2 seconds pause)

Ambient sounds of shuffling and slamming fades out as sad music fades in.
Montage of J being beaten up CUT CUT CUT, Shaky Cam high angles low angles
slow motion shots of kai slamming down on j with face in full view gritted teeth and
snarling this should continue with various kicks head slams ect for around 25 seconds
until kai spits and leaves the room with the posse in slow motion. Corey is the last to
leave and looks back at J with a pained facial expression.
As J is left on the table the cutting sound of an alarm cut snaps in
CUT camera is placed on bed angled so when J bolts up its a mid shot

Cut to close up of J with most of the head in friend

Int living room Js mother sits looking worried we hear the sound of J coming down
the stairs and bustling past her we should only see a blur as he passes
Jakes mum:
sweetie are you all..
BOOM DOOR SLAM!!

Ext the street by his house
J walks on the pavement tracking mid shot we should see his full face in frame
AUDIO the echoing sounds of insults of the various chavs yelling things
This should build into a horrifying cacophony of unrecognisable sounds

J sits on a bench with is bag by his side and his phone in hand scrolling
CUT POV from js perspective he looks up and sees the chav semi-circle around him

The intro of lighthouse by Mallory knox is heard coming from Js headphones and
when he puts them in it overdubs and J lashes out at Kai
CUT to side on medium wide shot J flies on k and pushes him to the ground with a
right cross before slamming small punches across his face as he brushes off the
chavs trying to jump on him music fades out as school bell fades in
CUT to over the shoulder of J sitting in the headmasters office
Head Teacher:
I can honestly say Im very disappointed in you Jake especially when you arrived at
this college with excellent GCSE grades. I expected better from you but instead I
find that youre lashing out at other pupils who have done nothing to you at all,
now before I call your mother and inform her of what happened is there anything
else you want to tell me

J should be centre frame and the chavs expect corey should be semi circled
around him with grins and smirks on their faces

Ext the street at dawn or night but preferably darker
J walks along the street to his house again a tracking shot in a mid shot we see him
alone when suddenly Kai appears from an alley or something and over his shoulder
raises the spanner and strikes him on the head with the spanner and J should fall out
of the shot in slow motion leaving the figure of K behind him
CUT worms eye view of J looking up at the figure of K as the other chavs without
corey gather around him
Sad music fades in as in slow motion in a birds eye view they beat up J with kicks
punches and steps until the music climaxes and J is left in the middle of the
pavement sprawled out.
A black hoodied figure pulls the body of J out of shot and a slow fade to black
Int Js bedroom
Fades in and out slowly like waking up until it fades up and stays there to reveal the
ceiling of js room POV from J
Corey with hood down and smiling face swings into shot over J
Corey: hey
Cut to angled low shot of J
Jake: hey
The horse mask slowly fades off
