4- Avoiding old work habits is the hardest step.
5- Use work instructions and warning signs and banners to help getting to the
new working habits.
Standardize the previous 3 steps (Sort, Set, and Shine) to make coping with the
new work habits easier.

Sustain (Shitsuke):
1- Don’t expect the new protocols to be applied by default!
2- Have a formal system to monitor the results of following the program.
3- Continue on giving new trainings and education on maintaining standards.
4- Enhance the new work structures with newer facilitations and information.
5- Sustain the 5S program, the benefits and merits will sustain as well!
Strive for the disciplined conformance to the 5S program and the new work habits.
