aftermarket products, industrial automation, mobile products, power tools and
accessories, security technology and termo technology Electronics Plant
located in Juarez is preferred manufacturing plant in NAFTA for automotive
industry. Globally well recognized for its high quality, competence and quick
response to customer needs.

Your responsibilities:
Manufacturing Engineer responsible to define, implement, maintain and improve the
SMT processes.
Manteinace and/or Develop placement programs for Panasonic and Siemens
machines.
Attend internal and external trainings specific to placement technology for
programming and maintenance.
Procure with internal and external suppliers the necessary machinery, tooling and
fixtures for production.
Respond to emergencies down time issues in conjunction with other technical
personnel according to the Bosch escalation process.
Attend and coordinate new product launches to meet defined project milestones
(sample builds, pre-PV, PV and SOP).
Active participate in Control Plan and PFMEA creation.
Definition of procedures and instructions for new manufacturing process.

Your competencies and qualifications:
B.S. degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics or IT Engineering.
3 - 5 years experience on engineering level of SMT Processes (Required).
Experience Desirable in the automotive environment.
Master Degree is a plus.
Bilingual (English Spanish).
Problem Solving Methodologies.
Lean Manufacturing.
Core Tools.
ISO/TS 16949.
Leadership, Proactive, Team work and good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong Analytic skills.
