Explain the marking of the scale.

i. Use an analogue weighing scale with mark division of 4 or 5.
Gunakan penimbang dengan membahagikan skala kepada 4 sengatan
atau 5 sengatan.

ii. Place objects on the scale and measure the mass.
Letakkan objek atas penimbang dan timbangkan jisimnya.

iii. Emphasise that measuring should start from the 0 mark of the weighing
scale.
Menekankan bahawa ukuran haruslah dimulakan dari skala 0 pada
penimbang.

Penyelesaian:
10 marks divide by 1 kg
10 sengatan dibahagikan dengan 1 kg

1 kg 10 = 0.1 kg atau 100 g

So, each mack is 0.1 kg or 100 g
Jadi, satu sengatan ialah 0.1 kg atau 100 g.

6 marks is 0.6 kg
6 sengatan ialah 0.6 kg

3kg + 0.6 kg = 3.6 kg

The mass of the cempedak is 3.6 kg
Jisim sebiji cempedak ialah 3.6 kg
