User mass maintenance in SAP ERP ECC 6.0 allows administrators to create, view, edit, lock, unlock and delete multiple users at once. To create users, administrators use transaction code ZUSR and enter user details like name with a maximum of 8 characters and validity dates. Users can be found by leaving the search field empty or filtered by checking validity dates. Multiple users can be selected, marked, and deleted or have their status changed like being locked or unlocked by using batch processing options. Common defaults can also be set for selected users.

1 Create Users
Use the transaction ZUSR
If the transaction enter field is not open click on the arrow.
After entering the transaction code press Enter.
click

Enter the data. For the name of the course don't use more then 8 digits.
WARNING:
If you use a valid date in the future all users are not valid until this date!!!

If the users are not valid pleas check "valid after" date.
Check users in the system

if this field is empty you will see all users
- 5 -
Delete Users (a mass)
- 6 -
mark
mark all
- 7 -
delete all
selected
users
lock all selected users
unlock all selected users
select all
all users are selected
slect one line
- 8 -
Set defaults
Select and mark the users
change decimal notation for Africa
