    The Notice of Award shall be given to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder immediately after approval
    of recommendation. Simultaneously, a copy of the Notice shall be furnished to all losing Bidders, and
    posted in the website of the G-EPS, as well as the websites of the Procuring Entity and its electronic
    procurement service provider, if any. (IRR-A Section 37.2.1)
