On licenses which had expired from February to July 2009, owners have the
option to avail amnesty for unrenewed licenses or not.

If owner is availing, he/she shall pay the Php 650.00 fee and its license will
be valid for one(1) year only.

If owner is not availing, he/she shall process for regular renewal paying
regular license fee with its arrears and penalty. License is valid for two (2)
years. In this case, manual Order of Payment (OP) shall be issued.
