Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant
Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to
pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations to negotiate and award a contract
to K.E Software for the purchase and implementation of a Vital Statistics Registry System
as follows: $533,200 in 2011-12, $59,000 in2012-13, $60,800 in 2013-14 and $62,600 in
2014 .. 15 with $519,260 being available in the 2010-11 OCIO budget.
