Conditions :-
1. If any item is not included in the contract Schedule of rates and got done at site, it should be paid according to the common schedule of rates
2010 Chapter 1 to 28 and Revised Chapter 28 to 30 (dt. 02-06-2014) subject to discount rebate tendered by the contractor, in case non schedule
items
decision of the Engineer-in-charge will be final and binding upon the contractor.
2. All classes of work not other wise described shall be executed in according with the principals laid down in the book of specifications latest
edition 1963 with correction slips and amendments upto date.
3. All rates included in the above contract schedule of rates will be paid subject to the notes provided in the CSR. All amendments issued upto the
date of opening of tenders will be applicable on the contract schedule of rates.
4. The rates also includes the testing of the structures for the tightness and emptying if so desired.
5. Approximate quantities have been taken in the DNIT and these can vary and payment will however be made as per actual work done at site.
6. All the works included in the DNIT have to be completed even if there is increase over the DNIT amount.
7. The distances for carriage of sand, bazri, bricks etc. are tentative, these can vary. Payment will however be made as per actual lead involved
from nearest quarry/Kiln to site of work.
8. Splitting of any item is not allowed. Any lapse will render the tender liable to be rejected.
9. Only antique thick letters have written in the DNIT however complete item as CSR will be applicable.
Note :- The rates for non schedule items are to be quoted by the contractor otherwise the rates approved by the Deptt. Will have to be accepted by
the contractor. However, the non schedule items of work detailed in the DNIT will have to be excuted by the contractor.
