I am a student at the New England Culinary Institute seeking a six month, 700 hour internship in January 2015 to help
strengthen my skills in a professional pastry kitchen. I have little over three year experience in the industry, but I
understand I have a lot to learn in the industry. I am willing to do whatever is necessary to do to achieve and strive
for success. I work well in groups, I am responsible, work hard, I may be shy but I have determination.
