Since 2005 working as a Sales Manager in The Torten Group, Sweet Home, AR
and handled the following responsibilities:

• Supervise a group of 15 employees with a sale volume of $15 million.


• Settle outsize projects and contracts; stand for the company; increase
corporate connections for service and repairs.
• Make future predictions for sales: instruct sales staff and judge their
capabilities.
• Supervise and mark all performance evaluations, remuneration reviews
and expenditure accounts.

From 1999-2004 worked as a District Manager of Arkansas, Little Rock, AR and


performed the following responsibility:

• Organized a product training program for 10 sales staffs, 6 engineers, and


10 individual distributors which resulted in value of almost $5 million.

From 1995-1998 worked as a Branch Manager, Geneva, AR and managed the


branch of Arkansas which include individual distributors with gross sales
amounting to $2 million.
