What is Samagra Kutumba Survey ?
Samagra Kutumba Survey 2014 is being conducted on 19th August 2014
It is aimed at creating a database of all Households in Telangana State
It will help to plan for a Bangaru Telangana and ensure proper services and targeting benefits

What you have to do ?


Cooperate with the enumerator during Pre-visit 1 on 17 August and take the leaflet and check
slip. Fill the check slip and keep handy all documents.
If no one visits and no sticker is pasted on your door by 7 PM on 17 August 2014 , it means your
house or area is left out. Please call GHMC call center on 21 11 11 11.
By Pre visit 2 on 18 August 2014 , keep filled check slip ready and keep copy of following
documents ready as far as possible and applicable

Drinking water Connection/bill copy

House Property Tax Receipt

3.

LPG Connection (consumer voucher)

4.

Electricity Bill

5.

Post Office Savings/Bank Passbook


(1st Page of all A/cs.)

Aadhar Card

7.

Caste Certificate copy

8.

Birth Certificate copy

9.

Sadarem/Disabled certificate

10.

RC Book copy of Vehicle (s)

Pattedar Pass book & Title deed copy, if any 12.
