OPERATOR'S PRE-OPERATION CHECKLIST


Electric Pallet Jack

Lift Trucks must be inspected prior to use before each shift and immediately after service, maintenance or repair. This checklist is to
be completed to document the inspection. Checklists must be kept on file at the department using the Lift Truck for a minimum of
one year.
