About The Organization
National Informatics Centre (NIC) of the Department of Information Technology is providing
networ bacbone and e!"overnance support to Central "overnment# State "overnments# $T
%dministrations# Districts and other "overnment bodies& It offers a wide range of ICT services
including Nationwide Communication Networ for decentrali'ed planning# improvement in
"overnment services and wider transparency of national and local "overnments& NIC assists in
implementing Information Technology (ro)ects# in close collaboration with Central and State
"overnments# in the areas of (a) Centrally sponsored schemes and Central sector schemes# (b)
State sector and State sponsored pro)ects# and (c) District %dministration sponsored pro)ects&
NIC endeavor to ensure that the latest technology in all areas of IT is available to its users&

The *mployee +anagement System supports management within the organi'ation with timely
and accurate *mployee information& It is a comprehensive solution for the efficient management
and development of *mployee& It will assist in the comple, and strategic process of managing
the crucial resource of the enterprise& -ased on modular architecture# it facilitates a vast range of
*mployee activities# with features that reflect the main *mployee management activities&
.ence it is a perfect platform for re!engineering the *mployee processes and achieving a new
level of *mployee +anagement&

Testing Methodology
Unit testing ; The individual units of code are tested by the developer himself& Code
9eviews are also performed&
System testing ; The complete# integrated system to evaluate the system<s compliance
with its specified requirements is tested& Test cases are prepared against all the functional
requirements stated in the requirement document&
Stress testing ; It is a form of testing that is used to determine the stability of a given
system or entity& It involves testing beyond normal operational capacity# often to a
breaing point# in order to observe the results& =e will be including e,tra checs in our
pro)ect for this& -oth system and stress testing are performed by testing team in
accordance with the developer&
