S - On the behalf of the faculty members and students , I would like to congratulate you all for being

A but before before we start I would like to introduce you all to our judes .

judge for the evening is honourable chairman sir Dr Amit Gupta , but before I call sir to
have some few words with us I would like to throw some light on his profile .
A Dr Amit Gupta , chairman jims has a brilliant academic career . he is a commerce graduate from
shri ram college of commerce and is an alumnus from IIFT where he did his masters in international
business . Dr Amit gupta has also been awarded the ph.d degree in international business by GGSIPU
. Dr Amit Gupta has a number of research publication and books to his credit . he is a member of
many national and international educational and corporate committees .
M he was selected among 2000 outstanding intellectuals of the 21
st
century by the international
biographical centre , Cambridge , England and was also conferred the prestigious title of man of the
year by the American bibliographical institute USA . the institute of economic studies , new delhi
has also rewarded Dr Amit Gupta the shiksha rattan award and gold medal for his outstanding
contribution to development of professional education in india . the above indeed speaks volumes of
extraordinary vision , commitment and leadership of Dr Amit gupta .
A now I would like to call Dr Amit Gupta Chairman jims for his welcome address .

A thankyou sir for your valuable address . it was indeed a stimulating address for youngsters like
us.
S I would also like to invite Dr Comm. Satish seth director jims kalkaji , but before inviting sir I
would like to put some light on his career .
A Dr Comm. Satish Seth is currently the director of jims kalkaji . he is a post graduate mechanical
engineer with fellowship of IMA , institution of engineers and the institute of marine engineers . he
is an MBA from FMS , Delhi university . his doctorate is in the fields of organisational behaviour .
An HR and strategy specialist he has many publications to his credit .
S he also conducts workshops for coporate in areas of personality development , team building ,
motivation and leadership , time and stress management , communication etc . as a consultant
engineer he has been a technical engineer with Rolls Royce , Kirloskar Cummins and many more big

companies . he has also been a director on the board of various companies such as pimac engineers
(P) ltd .

throw some light on her profile .
A Dr Rashmi Bhatia has teaching , research and industry experience of 20 years . she has published
number of articles in various journals . she has authored two books also , one on time management
and the other on team building and leadership .
S she has also conducted various MDPs in the area of ob/hr . as a part of UK india education
research initiative project she has visited Greenwich university , London , to see and understand how
executive MBA program is conducted at their premises also attended various academic meetings .
