How To Update Firmware

This document describes how to update the firmware of a terminal. It provides three methods: through the Terminal Management menu, by right-clicking a terminal in the list window, or by right-clicking a terminal and selecting Update Firmware. For any method, the user then locates the firmware file and applies it to the selected terminal.

 Update Firmware

You can use this feature to update firmware of terminal.

Alternatively, right-click a terminal in the List window and select “Update Firmware” from the
submenu.

Right-click Terminal Management in the Information Management window and choose


Update Firmware from the submenu, and the following Firmware Updates window will
appear.
Alternatively, right-click a terminal in the List window and select Update Firmware from the
submenu.

Click <…> to locate the firmware file you want to download to a terminal. Then select the
terminal and click <Apply>.
