BA Requirements

- Engineer + MBA, Experience of 4 years or more



- Strong experience in IT/ Technology/ Application Development

- Strong Business Analyst with extensive experience developing FSD / SRS documents

- FSD (Functional specifications document)

- SRS (System requirements specifications) document

- Experience on Microsoft technologies including SQL queries

- Will be required to review the BRDs/Requirements documents and conduct Impact Analysis and develop

- Functional requirements and non-functional & technical requirements

- Client-facing experience and client communication skills required

- Project Management skills and experience will be beneficial

Business Analysis:

- Understand business requirements (to-be vs as-is)

- Provide support to engineering in case of requirement clarifications.

- Act as a conduit to ensure requirements are transitioned to engineering effectively.

Additional Skills

- UAT planning and writing test scripts (process scripts and SQL)

- Set up detail schedule

- Review test scripts with stakeholders

- Support kick off and training meetings

- Attend triage calls (Americas/Asia)

- Triage and assign issues raised in the triage.

General Skills:

- Analytical and ability to understand business process

- Business Acumen

- Good trouble shooting skills

- Familiar with Word, Excel and Power Point

- Good at working with multiple stakeholders with diverse backgrounds (technical and non-technical).

- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.

- Good at verbal and written communications

- Able to facilitate meetings/discussion with multiple stakeholders.

- Able to present point of view, negotiate and influence decisions

Pre-requisite:

- Resource must be ready to work 3 hours every day overlapping with PST hours
