Executive Performance Analysis

SYNOPSIS

The new generation of user needs systems greatly improves the ability to fulfill their
needs. Automating the searching process ensures that resources are prioritized. The software
matches the customer requirements against the needs of the user and status of each user
according to the user needs. The system also can automatically notify users through mail under
preidentified circumstances.

The project work entitled as Executive Performance Analysis has been developed for
Pump manufacturing company.

The aim of the project is to computerize the manual processing proceeded by marketing
manager in his department and eliminate them. This system addresses the need for improvement
by computerizing the activities of marketing department, In this system all the details about
issues assigned are stored in database.

The project contains seven modules. They are classified as Yearly Sales Target, Yearly
Dealers Appointing Target, Target achievement details, and Grade calculation, Promotion
Details, Performance Analysis and Incentive Calculation.

In this project Asp.NET is used as Front End and SQL is used as the Back End.
