Ingredients (For 2 servings)
Sago - 100 grams (Small)
Ghee - 2 tsp Cumin - tsp Green chillies - 2 finely chopped Peanuts - 1 tbsp Potatoes - 2 medium sized boiled Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - to taste Coriander - 1 tbsp finely chopped 1 lemon
Recipe-
Clean and Wash Sago soak in the water for 1 hour. Remove the excess water after soaking. If you are using big sago soaked atleast 6-8 hours in water. Peel the boiled potatoes and break into small pieces. Put oil in a heavy bottomed frying pan and heat. Add peanuts and fry and then letcool, crushed it Now put cumin seeds in same pan fry the cumin, add green chilies. Fry for half a minute now add boiled potato saute for 1-2 minutes, add the sabudana stir well. When the sabudana looses their colour and starts becoming translucent they arecooked. add fried and crushed peanut mix well, close the fire. While serving garnish sabudana khichdi with coriander leaves and drizzle with some lemon juice. Serve sabudana khichdi hot.
